The chef Nacho Sánchez, after having closed his previous restaurant Botanique, is now in charge of this healthy Italian restaurant and its dishes mostly made with vegetables. This original restaurant is an interesting choice in Malasaña for those looking for a vegetarian or vegan meal.
The restaurant has two floors decorated in a very fun way. The ground floor has a cave-shaped space with exposed brickwork where you can enjoy a wide selection of cocktails. There is also a sandbox where you can feel like you are at the beach.
