Located in the historic Plaza Mayor, this restaurant specialised in paellas and rice offers an opportunity to savour these typical recipes from Spanish cuisine in a pleasant establishment, where you can also see how the food is cooked thanks its love show-cooking.     

The establishment, with capacity for 100 diners, is next to the Cuchilleros Arch and has two floors and a terrace. The ground floor is made up of one of the area’s famous caves, adapted with modern and warm decoration.  

Its menu includes rice and noodles, as well as typical tapas, such as potato omelette or Galician-style octopus. The finest ingredients are used with rice from the Delta del Ebro crops, fresh seafood from the Mediterranean and vegetables from the market gardens in Valencia.
