Japanese Club
Information
This Japanese restaurant is nestled between the streets Calle de Juan Bravo and Calle de Velázquez, and boasts an innovative menu of Japanese creations as well as Mediterranean dishes with an Asian flair, made with top-quality ingredients. The entire space has a sophisticated ambience inspired by the sushi clubs of New York.
The establishment is spread across two levels with meticulous attention to detail, from the reception to the private rooms with different atmospheres whose décor combines mirrors, colours and an interplay of light. At night the bar transforms into a cocktail bar with an extensive menu of mixed drinks, livened up by DJs who play live on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 11.30pm to 2.30am.
The menu offers original dishes such as Japanese amberjack carpaccio, corvina ceviche and scarlet prawns marinated in ginger, vanilla, black tea, miso and soy, as well as duck and foie, vegetarian or prawn gyozas. There’s also an extensive wine list, including an exclusive selection of sparkling wines like Moet & Chandon, Ruinart and Dom Perignon, in addition to white, red and rosé wines from Spain’s best Designation of Origin regions.
