    This shopping centre in the town of Pozuelo de Alarcón is one of the places to shop in the Region of Madrid. With 70 shops and several restaurants, it is distinguished by an innovative and carefully-planned open and environmentally-friendly design.

    Set in a strategic location on one of Pozuelo’s busiest shopping thoroughfares, between Avenida de Europa and Vía de las Dos Castillas and next to the Ática business park, it boasts a large indoor car park with 1,075 parking spaces and is open 7 days a week. It is the first shopping centre in Europe to have attained the LEED Gold sustainable building certification devised by the United States Green Building Council.

    Amongst its unique features are its restaurants’ terraces, which offer views of Madrid’s skyline.
