Welcome to Madrid
Just a few metres from Puerta de Alcalá gate you’ll find this restaurant – a tavern with careful attention to detail and a menu consisting of simple yet delicious dishes. The use of quality ingredients is always a priority; ingredients are sourced from our country’s top designation of origin regions.
The restaurant is helmed by Sebastián López Robledo, who has put together a menu that blends classic simple and authentic flavours with influences characteristic of a newly-created tavern. The interior of the establishment is warm and welcoming. It features a vertical garden, a bar with several wooden stools, high and low tables and exposed brick walls.
The menu's dishes include Galician-style line-caught hake, Skrei cod served over piperrada and turbot en papillote with fine herbs, Iberian pork cheeks stewed in sherry served over ajoatao (garlic sauce), free-range chicken fillets with sage and wild asparagus and ossobuco a la milanesa with saffron risotto. Not to mention the starters and desserts...
