La Máquina Group is behind this restaurant, which offers diners a gastronomic journey in the form of a menu featuring dishes and recipes from Spanish, Asian, Italian and Mexican cuisine.

Housed in a renovated building with a hundred years of history in Calle Jorge Juan, it boasts a stone façade and three rows of large windows. The establishment, which can hold up to 150 diners, is divided into four floors: the ground floor features a large cocktail bar with several high and low tables, which is the perfect place to enjoy a snack. The second and third floors hold the restaurant itself, and on the fourth there is a terrace that is used in the summer months.

Particularly outstanding dishes include the red prawn carpaccio, a wide range of sushi, sashimi and nigiri, made in full sight in the open kitchen, the lobster en papillote (cooked in a crunchy parcel) and the glazed rib chops, in addition to meat and fish cooked over a low flame, perfect for sharing.
