The space that formerly housed the legendary Irish bar Molly Malone’s is now home to this establishment, which aims to nourish both body and soul with a creative menu featuring organic, vegetarian and vegan dishes. The large establishment has plenty of light and offers not only meals but also cocktails.

The popular street Calle Manuela Malasaña is home to this restaurant, which features a large visible kitchen and several rooms decorated in motifs that evoke nature. The basement holds La Caverna Cocktail Bar by Superchulo, where you can enjoy the Madrid night.

Superchulo’s cuisine follows one of today’s most popular gastronomic tendencies, Rainbow Food, based on a diet with natural ingredients and preparation. In its “Plant Based” and natural dishes, the origin of the products and preparation process is taken into consideration, eliminating chemical processes or processed food, and avoiding the use of fryers or the microwave.  Its dishes highlight the naturalness and bright colours of the ingredients.
