In Madrid's Salamanca District we find this café – bar and restaurant that specialises in delicious healthy drinks made using fresh organic ingredients. It also serves breakfast, lunch, snacks, and a variety of organic cocktails for drinks after work.

The dining area has large picture windows that look out onto the street, with various Caribbean style tables and chairs with a touch of elegance. The kitchen is open onto the restaurant and bakes bread using their own dough, which they toast and serve with homemade houmous, avocado with grated tomato, as well as vegetable wraps, and different types of bagels. At the bar, you can get homemade cakes and desserts, along with fresh salads.

The menu includes a long list of detox juices, smoothies, shakes, coffees, herbal teas, organic teas, frappés and even wine.

Of an evening, they serve up various cocktails made using fresh fruit and organic spirits.
