This exclusive restaurant, which can seat up to 22 diners, has a terrace area for up to 18 people, with views of the National Library and El Paseo de Recoletos. It has been decorated in a traditional English style with exquisite taste and a stunning dinner service, with special tableware for each dish.
The menu at Aduana celebrates the meeting between the Americas and Spain from a culinary perspective, with fresh seasonal products, including Rockefeller oysters, Riofrío caviar with Russian blinis, oriental wild bass with steamed vegetables, ginger, and rice with coconut milk, bluefin tuna 'causa limeña', and Norwegian salmon tiradito with ceviche mango, not forgetting of course Spanish dishes such as San Sebastian style crab, mixed vegetables and Idiazabal cheese, and Iberian feather pork with verbena delights.
