Welcome to Madrid

Basque restaurateur David Lecanda runs a restaurant that combines Mediterranean and Latin American cuisine, based on a healthy vegetable prepared with good taste: artichoke. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner – even for a late drink. Delicious culinary creations and fine ambiance guaranteed.

Flores de Alcachofa is decorated in the classical colonial style, using natural materials and plants that symbolise Hispanic culture from both sides of the Atlantic.

The menu pays tribute to artichoke, whose numerous health benefits are well known. Diners can also try other typical Spanish vegetables, meat, fish, rice-based dishes and pasta, plus Latin American specialities like Mexican guacamole and fajitas, Venezuelan arepas and tequeños, Argentine empanadas, Cuban ropa vieja or Peruvian ceviche.
