Welcome to Madrid
Authentic Peruvian cuisine can be savoured very close to Nuevos Ministerios at this restaurant which, thanks to its chef, Marcos Machado, presents an innovative culinary proposal with avant-garde dishes inspired by modern flavours, feelings and textures prepared with the finest ingredients.
The establishment is divided into two floors with space for 40 diners in the street level dining room and for 60 diners in the basement. It is a flexible and multi-purpose space with 5 differentiated areas, three restaurant rooms and a bar for ceviche showcooking. It also boasts an outdoor terrace in front of the restaurant.
Ceviche, tiradito or pisco sour are at the top of a menu that offers dishes in which touches of Spanish, French, Italian and Asian, mainly Japanese cuisine can be perceived. As well as a tasting menu, it serves a lunchtime menu of the day in the week.
Inti de Oro has another two branches in Calle Navas de Tolosa, 9 (close to Plaza de Callao) and in Calle Ventura de la Vega, 12 (Literary Quarter).
