Welcome to Madrid

Madrid's Salamanca district is home to a wide variety of gastronomic proposals. They include this restaurant, which serves dishes from various countries around the world, all in a spacious restaurant, decorated in a cosy welcoming style, which allows customers to enjoy a relaxed lunch or dinner.

Sugarcane serves up recipes from South America, Asia, North America, and the Arabic world, and each dish is intended for sharing. You can sample Japanese sashimi, or a classic American burger, as well as Indian tikka masala meatballs with basmati rice. It also has an extensive wine menu.

The restaurant is exquisitely decorated, combining wood, plants and spectacular lamps, with a flourish of tropical colours. As well as the main dining area, you can enjoy a drink at the bar, away from diners, or eat on its terrace.
