The Sky Sushi restaurant chain, famous for its fusion of Japanese and Mediterranean cuisine, has opened up this small new restaurant in Madrid's city centre, offering the most popular dishes served at its other outlets in the north of Madrid, in addition to a new dish, Japanese Ramen noodle soup.

On Calle Recoletos, we find this cosmopolitan bohemian restaurant with a small terrace where you can enjoy its gastronomic offerings when the weather is fine. Its long menu features traditional Japanese dishes as well as unique creations.

Lovers of oriental cuisine can enjoy a wide variety of tempura, tartar dishes, sashimi and maki, as well as the group's latest offering of three different versions of ramen noodle soup: miso, shoyu and mazesoba (or without broth). All made using premium quality ingredients.
