The very best elements of Mexican and Japanese cuisine are fused at this new restaurant, right by the Paseo de Recoletos. The Larrumba Group presents a surprising gastronomic proposal developed by chefs Hugo Muñoz and Roberto Velázquez, in which the flavours from these two distant countries are combined in perfect harmony.

The restaurant, with decor inspired by graffiti culture, has a large bar dedicated to traditional sushi, picture windows, a mezzanine dining area decorated with Japanese illustrations, and a covered terrace.  There is also an exclusive cocktail area.

The menu is divided into a Japanese section, with nigiris and sashimis, a Mexican section, with tacos and aguachiles, and a third section that fuses the two cuisines. The dishes served are intended for sharing. On weekends and public holidays they also serve up a complete brunch.
