Welcome to Madrid
Chamberí is home to this cosy restaurant that is reminiscent of Central European cafeterias in the 1940s, where traditional cuisine can be savoured in which the product is the key element. This is the work of Chef Mario Vallés, the Colombian former Olympic judoka, who has another establishment in the local, the small and refined Hortensio.
Narciso recreates the style of a Parisian brasserie, whose decor is made up of antiques acquired at markets in Paris and Madrid. With capacity for 110 diners, divided into several rooms, it has a central bar to eat alone or to have a snack, as well as a terrace and a VIP area.
Among the culinary proposals, the mi-cuit foie toast, beans with pico de gallo salad, Puy lentil salad with duck confit and apricots; mussels with green curry; squid carbonara; or leg of lamb with cuscus and vegetables can be highlighted. Not to mention classic French desserts, such as apple tarte tatin and the carefully selected wine list and selection of cocktails.
