Between Chueca and Alonso Martínez, this restaurant, located on one of the sides of the luxury Urso Hotel & Spa, is committed to traditional flavours served to share, prepared with the finest products using market ingredients and traditional recipes.   

Media Ración is an informal establishment where you can have tapas at the bar or at tables in its lounge. The decor combines vintage elements with modern touches, reflected in the board that announces what can be savoured there and in the serving staff who are wearing Media Ración trainers.

Backed by the experience of Cuenllas (one of the great names in Madrid cuisine since 1939), and through the work of Chef Antonio del Álamo, diners can savour dishes such as pickled rayfish, the restaurant’s signature dish, scarlet prawn tartar, hamburger with Comté cheese, guacamole, watercress and jalapeño pepper mayonnaise, or revamped traditional dishes, such as pigs trotters with smoked eel or roasted turnip with sweetcorn and watercress puree. The wine list offers around 80 wines from different regions.
