This restaurant is located in the emblematic NH Collection Suecia hotel, between Paseo del Prado and Calle Alcalá, offering the culinary proposals of Chef Lluís Canadell. It is an inspiring space whose dishes combine the finest ingredients with leading references from haute cuisine.

The restaurant consists of a ground floor, where the cafeteria is located, whilst the dining room is in the mezzanine. The gastronomic journey proposed by Casa Suecia is rounded off with a clandestine bar which can be accessed from the bathrooms, where cocktails prepared with premium products can be savoured, as did Ernest Hemingway on his visits to Madrid. Furthermore, it boasts a fabulous terrace from where the Madrid skyline can be contemplated whilst enjoying a drink.  

This international brassiere presents a seasonal menu, prepared with Mediterranean ingredients with an international touch, in which dishes such as onion soup (the restaurant’s star dish), fried aubergine with slices of smoked tuna, salmon roasted on hot wood with fennel salad or Wagyu sirloin steak can be savoured.
