As part of the eco friendly concept, this Japanese restaurant presents an extensive menu with creative dishes, splashed with South American influences, in which the quality of the ingredients plays a major role.  

Located close to Plaza de Bilbao, Art & Sushi is the first restaurant in Spain to offer the possibility of selecting different types of sushi piece by piece, enabling you to sample various flavours at the same time. It is well decorated in which the brightness and the quality of noble materials, such as wood, stand out.

Although sushi is the main feature, there are also other dishes, such as salmon with crunchy sweet potato, spawn and sesame, salads, tuna or salmon tataki and tartar, traditional don or sea bass ceviche or undaria.
