Welcome to Madrid

Traditional cuisine is fused with cutting-edge gastronomy at La Clave. Situated in the heart of Madrid's Salamanca district, La Clave allows us to journey to the origins of Spanish gastronomy without having to leave the city.

This restaurant, promoted by famous business professional Tomás Gutiérrez, is managed by Juan Ramón Aparicio, with prestigious chef Pepe Filloa at the helm in the kitchen. Covering an area of 400 m² spread over two floors, it can seat up to 80 people.

The upper floor contains the dining rooms and restaurant, where you can enjoy traditional Spanish cuisine in a relaxed environment. Meanwhile, on the ground floor, El Secreto de Velázquez is a cocktail lounge with ambient music where customers can enjoy drinks after a meal or after work in a pleasant environment. All accompanied by a wide array of tapas, aperitifs, wines and cocktails. The ideal place for private and corporate events.

The quality of ingredients used ensure an end result that recovers the most emblematic dishes of Spain's different regions, with a particular fondness for stews and other hearty homemade dishes.
