Welcome to Madrid
The latest concept in Japanese fusion food, which is so trendy in neighbourhoods such as New York's Soho district, Shibuya in Tokyo, and Hackney in London, has come to Madrid, close to El Paseo de la Castellana. This restaurant offers an interior design never before seen in Spain, based on standard Japanese decor of 1867.
The large bookshelves that preside over the entrance, filled with Oriental inspired books, the carpeted floor, the huge fireplace, and the walls decorated with plant and Art Nouveau motifs. The cutlery and tableware, mostly handcrafted, have also been selected specifically for each dish, seeking harmony and a complete gastronomic experience.
This fourth restaurant established by the Sushita group offers an innovative menu, a large sushi bar, live showcooking, charcoal cooking to prepare the star dish (beef tataki), a wide selection of cocktails, performances by leading DJs and shoe shine service.
