Elías Fernández has created an interesting cocktail list that apart from the great classics includes some original creations that change every three months. Pepe Rocho is in charge of a short, but imaginative menu that includes specialties like salmorejo with jamon ice-cream, fresh basil infusion with grissini, salmon sashimi with wakame algae and wasabi ice-cream and cochinita pibil tacos with guacamole.
