Gastrovia 61 offers a menu with signature dishes inspired by traditional Madrid cuisine, made with the best local ingredients. The interior has been very carefully designed: contemporary, elegant decor, very Madrid, which recaptures the essence of the capital’s restaurants in years gone by.
