Located in the building that for over 40 years housed the legendary Café Oliver, we find this raw food restaurant, with dishes that emphasise the quality of the ingredients.
The menu at Cannibal Raw Bar is balanced, simple and fresh, based on raw and marinated recipes such as ceviches, tartares and carpaccios. It also serves up excellent seafood, fish, and meat from Galicia, as well as French oysters. For those with a slightly less cannibalistic palate, there are also cooked dishes such as flash fried Galician clams and razor clams, steamed cockles, a classic hamburger, Iberian pork cheeks in port wine, and black angus rump steak in its own gravy.
The Cannibal Raw Bar also serves breakfast, snacks, and homemade cakes, as well as sophisticated cocktails and champagnes.
