Welcome to Madrid
Located in magnificent premises on Paseo de la Castellana, the second restaurant owned by chef Dani García offers diners in Madrid the roving cosmopolitan cuisine with Andalusian roots that has earned him two Michelin stars at his restaurant Bibo Marbella.
Bibo Madrid is a huge restaurant where Dani García serves up cuisine that is rooted in Andalusia but with nods to French, Italian, Japanese, and Peruvian gastronomy, as well as some of his sources of inspiration, such as the years he trained next to Martín Berasategui, and his work with other greats such as Ferrán Adriá, Manuel de la Osa and Joël Robucho. On the menu we find hit dishes from Bibo Marbella such as bull's tail brioche, Russian salad with fried quail's eggs, marinated bass, and croquettes made with the typical batter used to fry fish in Andalusia. It also includes three of the most popular dishes from his Marbella restaurant, cherry gazpacho, foie grass yoghurt, and cheese and foie gras in millefeuille pastry, a selection of dishes that is completed by the incredible cocktails designed by Héctor Henche.
Lázaro Rosa-Violán designed the interior of this spectacular 800 square metre restaurant, which features a spacious main dining room with low tables and a large circular bar, along with an upper floor with a reserved dining area for 25 people.
