With its 45 rectangular floors with a dimension of 38 by 50 metres and its 157 metres of height above ground, the Picasso Tower was the tallest building in Madrid until the construction of the Four Towers and today it is one of the most emblematic buildings in the city. 

Designed by the American architect of Japanese origins, Minoru Yamasaki, who also designed the now disappeared World Trade Center in New York, the inside of the Picasso Tower is home to offices designed as intelligent spaces fitted with the latest technology and comfort and optimising the use of space. The tower was built between 1982 and 1988 and stands out for its simple yet sculptural forms, with a strong oriental influence.

The interior of the Picasso Tower houses offices designed as intelligent spaces equipped with the highest technology, comfort and use of space. It has 18 lifts, divided into three groups of six. The rooftop has the use of a heliport.
