Located in the Only You Boutique hotel and led by the chef Carlos Martin (who studied in kitches like El Celler de Can Roca and Mugaritz), this restaurant gives you a new concept of cuisine in an atmosphere that features spectacular decoration by Lázaro Rosa-Violán.

The dishes served are based on a fusion between traditional authentic Madrid food and a few modern and surprising twists.
