Welcome to Madrid

Julio, the chef at Soy Kitchen, has managed to fuse Japanese cuisine with the most homespun gastronomy, with a result that combines Spanish ingredients with oriental flavour.

In Chinese, Lamian literally means "stretching a noodle", an ingredient frequently used in different types of soup. The wide variety of products offered at this restaurant include three stellar dishes: the first, "Playing with Flavours at the Table", is made using homemade lames of sweet potato with bamboo, kimchi, soy, ginger, and sirloin steak, ingredients that are mixed together at the table as part of the ritual. The second is called "Jackie Chan is not Bruce Lee", and contains bull's tail with miso, chickpeas, and broth. "Our interpretation of Lamian" is the third option, and mixes stewed meat with marinated egg, mushrooms, and mussels.

There are various tables in the restaurant along with the main bar, where you can also eat. On the upper floor there is an intimate space with a balcony where you will find a further four tables and Julio's kitchen, where the magic happens.
