These buildings, located on Paseo de la Castellana, currently house the headquarters of the Ministries of Transport, Mobility and the Urban Agenda; Labour and the Social Economy; Inclusion, Social Security and Migration; and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge. It also has the La Arquería exhibition hall, where some of the best exhibitions on contemporary architecture have been shown.the government departments of Development and Employment, Migrations and Social Security.

Designed by architect Secundino Zuazo Ugalde, construction began in 1933 and was finally completed in 1942, having come to a halt during the Civil War. Today's Nuevos Ministerios buildings largely maintain the style and forms of the original project. The complex has a large central area with large courtyards, fountains, and ponds, around which the different ministerial departments are arranged, along with a large arcade that runs along Paseo de la Castellana, which is one of the most characteristic features of this building.
