Welcome to Madrid

This tavern, located in the Chueca neighbourhood, just a stone’s throw from the  Gran Vía, is specialised in ecological and homemade products from Madrid, among which the wines, oils, cheese, yoghurts, preserves, coffee and chocolate stand out.

Sifón is a winery-grocer’s, as it aims to pay tribute to those old establishments where basic foodstuffs could be purchased. Clients can buy products prepared following the establishment’s own recipes to take away or to enjoy in house. Its specialities include bean salad with cockles, spicy sausage fried in oil with chips or tomato and fresh cheese pastry with orange vinaigrette.
