Welcome to Madrid

This Chinese restaurant, located close to Gran Vía, specialises in Sichuan cuisine, characterised by its use of spices and humble ingredients to create dishes with complex flavours.

The dishes on offer include Huo Guo, or hot pot, a traditional Sichuan dish in which all diners participate. A hot pot is placed in the centre of the table filled with simmering aromatic broth, and diners dip in vegetables, meat, and spices, leaving them to cook for more or less time depending on their preference. 

Casa Lafu, which has an open kitchen for diners to have a peek, is divided into several rooms spread over two floors, with some reserved for small private bookings.
