Welcome to Madrid
This restaurant, located in Chamartín district, offers a fun way to enjoy tapas. The chef, Javier Aparicio, who has learnt from the best in restaurants like Sergi Arola’s ‘La Broche’, among others, oozes creativity, but at the same time a respect for tradition in all his creations.
Its specialties include tuna tartare with white garlic, coca with mi cuit foie-gras and apple, Arán Valley butifarra meatballs with truffle sauce and for dessert ‘El Macho’ Sobao sponge cake French toast.
