Welcome to Madrid

This wonderful observation deck located in the building's main tower offers visitors a privileged panoramic view of the city. The 360º perspective of the urban landscape of Madrid takes in tourist landmarks such as Gran Vía and Calle Alcalá, Paseo de la Castellana and El Retiro Park. On the deck you’ll find maps to help you identify the city’s most iconic buildings.

Accessibility

  • To access the observation deck you must make your way up to floor 6E, and then walk up a staircase with 88 steps.
  • We recommend you use the stairs to enjoy the unique architectural design of this historic building.
  • If you choose to use the lifts, please keep in mind that people with reduced mobility or disabilities, as well as people with prams, have priority.

Visitor Regulations

  • For capacity and safety reasons, waiting times may vary, although slots are generally scheduled every 30 minutes.
  • Minors may only visit the observation deck if they are accompanied by an adult.
  • CentroCentro reserves the right to close or change the visiting hours without prior notice for safety reasons or in the event of inclement weather. Should the area be temporarily closed, all scheduled visits will be cancelled, and admission fees will be refunded.
