Information
A 7-floor, 2,400-square metre building houses Inditex's new flagship macro-store in Madrid's "Golden Mile". Collections of clothes for men, women and children are on sale here and one of the floors is a showroom where professionals can view collections.
The building is owned by Amancio Ortega's property company, Ponte Gadea. The original façade of the building has been retained but the interior has been completely rebuilt. The design is the work of Galician architect Elsa Urquijo, who was also responsible for the chain's store in New York.
