    Right in the Salamanca neighbourhood of Madrid, this establishment sells not only the traditional horchata, made with tiger nuts and accompanied by fartons (Valencian pastries) but also leche merengada (sugar, cinnamon and lemon-infused cold milk), quality ice creams, refreshing crushed ice drinks –granizados- and delicious milkshakes, all of which can be enjoyed in the open-air terraces.
