This traditional cake shop is in the Retiro district and its hand-crafted specialities include rosquillas de San Gabriel (a ring-shaped pastry) and tejas (tuiles). They also make roscones (ring-shaped cakes) at Christmas, though these can be ordered at other times of year as well. They may be filled with cream, truffle, or cabello de ángel (pumpkin jam).
