His providers are the most renowned manufacturers in the country, like Sánchez Romero Carvajal (Jabugo), Lazo (Cortegana), Arturo Sánchez and Francisco Martín (Guijuelo) or Oro Graso (Higera la Real) amongst others. This establishment has four large rooms. The two first ones are devoted to hams, cold cuts and cheeses, which are the stellar products. In the third room they keep the renowned Spanish and international wines and cavas and in the fourth one they train professionals and hold ham-cutting courses, as well as setting up temporary displays of their own products.
