Just a few minutes from the Plaza de España, right by Madrid Río Park, we find the Escenario Puerta del Ángel, a large open-air area, 17,055 m2 in size, ideal for shows, concerts, and business events under a marquee, with unique backdrops and decor.

Located right in the lungs of the city, in Casa de Campo, and managed by Madrid Destino, it offers spectacular views over Madrid’s Cornisa park. From this unique location, you can make out some of the city's most emblematic buildings, including the Royal Palace, La Almudena Cathedral,  Edificio España and La Torre de Madrid

Easily reached by public transport, there is a paved esplanade that’s a comfortable walk from Madrid Rio Park. Connected to other parts of the city through several EMT bus routes and via the Lago and Puerta del Ángel metro stops, there is also ample parking nearby.

Escenario Puerta del Ángel is the permanent headquarters of the Cirque du Soleil in the city, where the Canadian company has presented its most acclaimed shows, including Alegría, Varekai, Corteo, Amaluna, Totem and Kooza. It has also hosted the exhibition Saurios, the productions The Hole, El Circo de los Horrores, El Circo de Hielo, El Circo Acuático and international projects such as Wings for life and the Solar Decathlon Europe.
