Information
IFEMA MADRID, founded in 1980, is one of the five most important trade fair institutions in Europe and the leading one in Spain. Every year, it organises more than 800 fairs, conferences and leisure events. Many of them, such as ARCOmadrid, Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Madrid or FITUR, are large events attended by people from all over the world.
Each year, around 4 million people visit its 240,000 square metres of exhibition space, 13 exhibition halls and 2 convention centres and outdoor areas, The area of Campo de las Naciones, in the touristic area of Airport / Feria de Madrid, also has around one hundred meeting rooms, an auditorium and 14,000 parking spaces. The area avails of 8 accesses prepared for disabled people, distributed among the various entry areas (north, south, east and west).
Since 2019, IFEMA MADRID also manages IFEMA Palacio Municipal, close to the exhibition centre, and IFEMA Valdebebas, located on a nearby plot with a total surface area of 500,662 m2 (venue for the Mad Cool Festival, which has now moved to Villaverde)
In addition, these facilities include Espacio Raro, a spectacular enclosure that, under a large white tent, hosts large-scale events and shows, and Espacio 5.1, where large international exhibitions are held.
