Welcome to Madrid

The Azca complex is located in the north of the city, in its economic-financial heart, between Paseo de la Castellana and the streets Orense, Raimundo Fernández Villaverde and General Perón. Completed in the 90's, the project approved in 1964 suggested the arrangement of this area of Madrid based on the inspiration of the Rockefeller Centre in New York.

This complex holds some of the most important skyscrapers in the city (without considering those constructed in the Cuatro Torres Business Area in Chamartín) such as Torre Picasso, Torre Europa or Castellana 81. As well as the skyscrapers, it also has various lower levels, a “labyrinth” of tunnels as passages through which thousands of people pass each day, both professionals and office workers alongside visitors and shoppers.

When it's time to have lunch, a coffee or a snack, the area offers a wide range of restaurants and cafés with different styles and special menus at midday at affordable prices. Also, this area has an interesting selection of shopping centres, with numerous shops and establishments of all types. At weekends, Azca becomes a “party” area, with leisure and nightlife, as there are various bars and discos on the lower levels of the complex.
