Welcome to Madrid

Founded in 1985, this venue has become an international reference in contemporary theatre. Here you can enjoy a varied programme of independent theatrical productions, for both adults and children, also promoting school trips and drama training through courses designed for all ages. In 2020, it was awarded the National Theatre Prize.

The Cuarta Pared cultural project fuses performance with training, production, and theatrical research, bringing its own criteria to the performing arts and a strong commitment to the problems of today's society.

In addition to external programmes, they also exhibit their own productions, through the Cuarta Pared theatre company, directed by Javier Yagüe, and promote other activities, such as meetings with companies, talks, etc...
