Welcome to Madrid
Resto-bar located in the heart of the Chamberí district, by the Alonso Martínez roundabout and just a stone's throw from Paseo de la Castellana. It is a large luminous space offering food for any time of day, from breakfast to lunch and evening drinks.
The chef, Juan Rioja, proposes a menu with a Mediterranean feel, including dishes such as fresh prawn ravioli, squid tentacles, veal cheeks, and suckling pig confit. Another highlight is its cocktail menu, created by Ana Osorio, with 16 different proposals for any time of day, such as the Kir Royal as an aperitif, or a Black Russian for after work drinks.
The architect Marta Barnús is responsible for the interior design, creating three different spaces: the bar area, with a rustic feel and decorated with farm tools, cupboards, and wooden beams; next there is the dining area, a more sophisticated space inspired by the 1920s; and finally the chill out zone, a space to kick back and relax, decorated to look like a beach hut bar.
