Welcome to Madrid
This cosy restaurant, with views over the tranquil Plaza de Olavide, practises an organic philosophy that is reflected in the ingredients used in its dishes, bought straight from farmers and artisan producers, perfect for its menu of around twenty or so delicious home-made dishes.
Mama Campo strives for sustainability in all its elements, something that is clear even in its choice of furniture, mostly wooden, with original upbeat touches as in the uniforms worn by members of staff, the work of young designers. All these touches create a relaxed setting to enjoy simple but delicious food, including recipes such as cod fritters, stew croquettes, and free-range chicken fricassee. There is also a small shop selling an array of organic products.
