This restaurant, much like a box whose outward appearance is plain and simple, gives no indication of the surprising, unexpected and varied content that lies within. Iván Sáez offers an innovative culinary concept: recipes and combinations of flavours and textures that aim to desencajar (dislodge) diners from the familiar and to make sure they enjoy the experience.

The restaurant offers three surprise set menus: Viaje a la luna (From Earth to the Moon), Viaje al centro de la Tierra (Journey to the Center of the Earth) and La Mesa del Chef (The chef's table) that are made up of several appetizers, starters, entrees and desserts.
