Ana La Santa is the first restaurant to be opened in Madrid by the En Tierra de Lobos group. Its culinary offering is based on a qual- ity product, family recipes made with love and a touch of innova- tion.
The concept of the eatery, located in the ME Madrid Hotel Reina Victoria and thought up by Tomás Tarruella and Perico Cortés, is organised around four different spaces that are nonetheless related to each other: the centre of the premises is occupied by the bar that meets the visitor when he comes in off the street; the lounge area is ideal for reading, having a drink or surfing the net; the main dining room, located on the top floor; and, lastly, the indoor garden, where you can dine in a relaxed space with views of the Plaza de Santa Ana in the heart of the Literary Quarter.
