Javier Aranda, who trained in El Bohío and Santceloni and worked as a head chef in Piñera, has gathered a great team to offer market cuisine with a refined touch that got him a Michelin star from 2015 to 2018.
La Cabra has different spaces in its two floors (and 500 m2). It has an A La Carte Restaurant with an exquisite assortment of traditional tapas with the chef’s reinterpretation; a Private Room, for events specially tailored for the client; the Library, a multi-functional space where you can enjoy tapas or any other kind of event; the Wine Cellar that includes more than 130 different types of wines and is an ideal place for a glass of wine, a wine tasting or where the clients can keep their own wines; the Cocktail Bar, a modern and cosy space that offers La Cabra’s own creations.
