Platea Madrid is a revolutionary gourmet space that is already a reference in the gastro-experience concept. It is a versatile space of 5,800 square metres, which offers numerous leisure proposals that can be enjoyed while dining, snacking or having a drink.

Platea is one of the top spots for gourmet taste buds in Madrid. It is located within the former Carlos III cinema - in the central Plaza de Colón-, which was transformed by Lázaro Rosa-Violán , retaining its entire structure, with the box seats, orchestra pit and stage. The establishment is divided into various spaces devoted to gastronomic leisure:

• El Patio: It is a state-of-the-art tapas area.  At El Patio, you can choose whether to kick off or round off the weekend with a cocktail, vermouth or a Damm beer, accompanied by a tapa that is out of the ordinary.  It has a table service so as not to miss anything of the show on stage.  It also has a space for cocktails, with classic and innovative proposals, with pairing with cocktails to have an even more fun experience.

• The Stage: Space where concerts, shows and performances by leading bands, artists and Djs on today’s scene will be held, all of which is supported by a screen and powerful sound.  

• The Restaurant: Where the flavours of the world come together.  Located in what was the legendary Cleofás hall, it is a new gastronomic concept where you can enjoy flavours from the Mediterranean and other latitudes, where there is a combination of meat, fish and a wide selection of rice.  A spacious lounge located on the ground floor where you can share a family meal or a romantic dinner.

• Cocktail Bar: will offer a night-time proposal with cocktails, long drinks and music.   (opening during November 2021)
