This restaurant has a new way of cooking: they do not cook at temperatures above 80º, which accounts for its name. To do this they use special equipment which cooks food in a bain marie at a constant temperature, which is always below 80º. The nutrients in the food are thus preserved and none of the flavour is lost.
They have also designed a menu based on mini-dishes so you can try several of their suggestions. They have named it Gastro XS and each dish is presented with a very careful design as well as with the careful selection of original flavors of each ingredient. The products they use are top-quality and many of them are organic.
The group has another two restaurants in Las Tablas and in Pozuelo and they offer a catering service.
