Information
Located in Madrid's exclusive Salamanca district we find this gastrobar, serving seasonal cuisine made using the best market produce. It is divided into two sections. There is a dining area that serves classic cuisine, and also an area with high tables and bar stools where you can sample a wide variety of hot and cold dishes and tapas.
The kitchen is headed up by chef Pedro Muñagorri, who trained at the San Sebastián school. Its market cuisine focuses on seasonal produce prepared according to Basque recipes, including dishes such as traditional San Sebastian style fish soup, beef cheeks in red wine with pureed potato, roasted monkfish loins, and seaweed tartare with black olives and extra virgin olive oil.
