The restaurant's outdoor terrace is unique in Madrid because of its cedars, which are over 100 years old. Together with the professional service and a Mediterranean inspired menu it makes the perfect setting for an unforgettable meal.

The cuisine combines traditional ingredients with innovative elements, as can be seen in its tasting menu, which includes scallops with leek and tomato, quail breasts stuffed with mango, roast monkfish trunk with a reduction of balsamic vinegar, and grilled sirloin with Mejorada foam and pinto beans. Dessert options include a wide range of designated origin cheeses and cold strawberry soup. A good selection of wine is available, including Doña Beatriz white from Rueda, Coto red Rioja (Crianza 2004) and Raúl Calvo red Ribera del Duero (Crianza 2005).  The restaurant can also cater for corporate lunches, cocktail parties and other events, family celebrations, first communion parties, weddings, and surprise parties.  At Los Cedros they welcome suggestions from customers to ensure that their celebration is as unique as the magic setting.
