Claudio Constantini - Incandessence
Information
The Peruvian multi-instrumentalist and composer will be performing on 6 May in the Sala Roja (Red Hall) at the Teatros del Canal, accompanied on stage by his band of musicians as part of The Nights at the Canal concert series. It is a concert in which he will perform hits from his career and from his latest album, Incandessence.
The performer of two instruments, piano and bandoneon, and one of the music industry’s great composers presents Incandessence. With this latest concert, the musician talks to the audience from his soul, the bandoneon, and from his mind, the piano, hence deploying the creativity and virtuosity to reconcile this duality and welcome the true light: incandescence.
Claudio Constantini has performed on major stages, such as the Music Palace in Barcelona or the Opera of Los Angeles. He has six albums under his belt, with the fifth one, América, earning him a nomination for a Latin Grammy in the category of Best Classical Album. He has worked as a teacher in several master classes in Europe and internationally and has organised the annual Spring Piano Competition in Belgium.
